Aspen Ridge is a growing neighbourhood located in northeast Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The community is designed to house an estimated 13,000 people upon full build-out. Unlike many suburban neighbourhoods, Aspen Ridge features higher density housing on a grid network of roads, promoting a sense of community and connectivity. The area is bounded to the south by the neighbourhood of Evergreen and the University of Saskatchewan, with the latter forming a green belt separation between Aspen Ridge and other communities. The neighbourhood is designed with ecological preservation at its core, aiming to connect people, wildlife, and natural prairie spaces in one harmonious environment. Schools have not been built in the area ye, however the elementary schools in Evergreen and University Heights are nearby.
