The Meet

We'll meet and discuss the type of home you are looking for, including style, budget, and location. We'll go over any questions you may have and talk about your timeline.  If you need a lender recommendation to get a pre-approval, I will connect you to someone great.

The Fun Part

I'll  have you set you up with automatic updates of new listings that meet your criteria as they hit the market. Then we will start checking out homes in person. As we get a feel for different places we can adjust your needs and wants list accordingly. 

The sale

After finding the right home it's time to discuss the terms of your offer. I will prepare the necessary paperwork and present the offer to the sellers and negotiate on your behalf.  My goal is to get you into your new home with a fair price in a stress free and efficient manner.
