Rosewood is a primarily residential neighbourhood in southeast Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It is a high-income area with an average family income of $104,964 and a home ownership rate of over 90%. The neighbourhood is still under construction, with an estimated population of 10,650 by 2025 and a final estimated population exceeding 12,000. As of 2022, it had a population of 6,845. The majority of its residents live in single detached dwellings, and the area is also home to townhouse and apartment dwellings. The neighbourhood is served by the Rosewood Community Association. In Rosewood, there are two elementary schools: Colette Bourgonje School (public) and St. Thérèse of Lisieux School (separate).
