Silverwood Heights is a mostly residential neighbourhood located in north-central Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It is a suburban subdivision, primarily composed of single detached dwellings and some multiple-unit apartment and semi-detached homes. As of 2009, the area is home to 10,786 residents and is considered a middle to high-income area, with an average family income of $93,772. The neighbourhood has a home ownership rate of 75%. The community is known for its abundant green spaces, with over 45 acres of public park area, playgrounds, a public spray park, and tennis courts. It also offers over 20 kilometers of paved trails for outdoor activities. The area is served by several schools with excellent reputations, including Silverwood Heights School, St. Angela School, and Bishop James Mahoney School. The Silverwood Heights Community Association is active and offers a number of recreational activities. For real estate, there are various housing options available, including single-family detached homes, condos, townhomes, and luxury homes. Silverwood Heights is known for its beautiful landscapes and large trees, and it is the largest subdivision in Saskatoon by land area.
