The neighbourhood is considered a middle-income area, with a home ownership rate of 78%. Stonebridge is known for its well-kept yards, parks, and a sense of community. It is also considered a family-friendly area with accessible public transit and walkable access to grocery stores and restaurants. The big box area in Stonebridge is home to WalMart, Home Depot, multiple furniture stores, retailers, and restaurants.
